How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3-5 business days for production, plus an additional 2-4 days for standard shipping within the domestic region.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that custom or personalized orders are final sale.

Each order includes a specific care card. Generally, we recommend hand-washing textiles in cold water and occasionally treating wooden items with food-grade mineral oil to maintain their luster.
