Hand-made Wire-haired Dachshund/Teckle decoration

Miniature custom-made Wire-haired Dachshund or Teckle decoration bursting with character and charm - a perfect gift for any dog-lover! Each Dachshund is crafted using my own unique method that includes hand-dying and tinting the wool.

- Please message me if you have a preference for scarf colour ( all my dogs come with a little scarf, the photos were taken before this little guy was wearing his!)
- Hand-dyed and tinted wool.
- Approx. 5.5cm high.
- Each dog is posable and can stand up on its own!
- Although these are fun, they’re not toys and aren’t suitable for little ones.

I’ve made many hundreds of these little dogs over the years, each one crafted with the love and attention to detail that gives it a character all of its own (you can read my reviews here: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/cupboardofdelights/reviews). When I’m not making dogs, I create collectible art dolls, puppets, costumes and theatre sets. I studied fine art at St Martins and spent my early freelance years working at Jim Henson’s Creature Shop in Camden where I had the privilege to be involved on some fantastic TV and film work including Harry Potter.
