At Sarah Strachan Craft, we want you to love your handmade home goods, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully wrap your artisanal products in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your parcel to the return address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crafters inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
